It came out looking like clay or acrylic stars, but its opi nail polish carefully dotted on and stamped on. I did the combination since the stamp only goes so far.

I then put the essie pearlification over the stars only leaving the blank navy nails glitterless. after it dried i put two coats of top coat to give it a more uniform effect.
